🔁 KYKR Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your KYKR screen protector — but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

📦 Standard Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To begin a return, contact us at info@kykrbrands.com.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is authorized, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send the product

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — don’t worry.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and reach out to us immediately so we can make it right.

🔄 Exchanges

Need something different?
The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original item. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed separately.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Some banks or credit card companies may take a few extra days to post the refund

  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t seen your refund, email us at info@kykrbrands.com

🛍️ Amazon Orders

If you purchased your KYKR product on Amazon, all returns and refunds must be processed through Amazon’s return system.
KYKR cannot override or expedite Amazon’s policies or timelines for returns.

However, warranty replacements for Amazon purchases can still be requested directly through us by filling out the warranty form or contacting info@kykrbrands.com.
